Team Fallacy's New Logo

I guess I can reveal that now, I've certainly been bragging about it long enough. I've worked with Team Fallacy and the long and short of all that is that I made them a new logo to look all the more professional for the budding NA Starcraft 2 team. The whole story would bore you. I lied, the whole story is I said I'd do it as a favor to their manager, ThomasjServo, and as time would go on for the project, he decided to pay me after I was done. How nice of him. Go support esports.

Anyway, here's that sexy new logo for all of you to see.

Oh yes. It's so sexy it belongs on a team jersey on a bunch of mostly-American gamers.

Pretty nice, huh? You don't have to say so. I know. Don't worry. I'll go into more detail after the jump

Have a bunch of Impulse works.

Impulse stuff is probably the best I have to offer, and since I'm stuck doing finals work I decided to just go through older stuff and post it anyway. I don't know if it's easier to put these all in at once or one at a time, but old stuff is old and its not getting up here any sooner.

Here is a project I've shown before, "Lichten", where I take heavy influence from the more abstract style employed by Roy Lichtenstein. Still trying to figure out what more I could do to it to make it closer to his style. We'll see how that goes.

...

This one is called "Abstraction". When I had a DeviantArt, this was the first piece good enough to make into a print. Why? I cant imagine. I really wanted to blend abstract (or what I perceived to be abstract at the time) with my kind of style at the time, while making an image that prompted thought and had a cool visual flow. Also there's a rumor that I went insane. I started that rumor. Why? Cause I was just so sane. I was inside of sanity. In Sane, one would say. What was I talking about. OH YES also this was the first time I did Impulse in colour, as best as I remember. So that happened.

...
I recently discovered that I drew this at all. It's called "Meaning", and I everything about this thing makes me think I made this one when I was an entirely different person. I remember wanting to make a piece that used clashing colours to make it seem interesting, but honestly the whole thing makes it look like someone else did it. Only I can be intimidated by my own artwork. Skill.

Long time ago, me and a couple friends from another college made a little radio show called "Mic Check" and the host wanted me to make a piece for the show, while giving me no information whatsoever. So I did what I usually do in that situation: Proceed to draw whatever the hell makes it out of my skull. Also limited palette. Fun Fact: On the radio show, we mostly talked about bullshit.
